At The Training Center, we offer the most comprehensive, functional and effective strength, power, conditioning and fitness programs around. We safely and effectively train the widest range of clients, from 8 year olds to 85 year olds, tailoring our programs to their different goals, needs and limitations in our individual and group training sessions. Our programs include:

Athlete Training: 
We have the most advanced training for competitive athletes in the Northwest Region. From Elementary School to Major League Baseball players, we can give you the tools and motivation to get you to the next level. We have logged an amazing 10,000 elite athlete training hours over the last 6 years, and each year we learn even more.

Adult Strength Classes:
We have 3 of the most Advanced and Knowledgeable trainers conducting strength sessions for our adult clients. We have groups ranging from 2 to 6 people, creating interesting and functional workouts for every group member while be able to keep everything at a lively pace. Because our facility is a functional training facility, we have more movement type exercises and drills to access everyone's needs, no matter what age or strength level.

Body Alignment Classes:
We offer a variety of Balance and Alignment classes for people who have been unable to participate in a conventional system. These sessions are focused on strengthening and stabilizing the body's structural foundation, so as to give the individual an opportunity to build the strength and mobility that allows for a more pain-free existence.

Adult Sport Strengthening:
We have the most knowledgeable and experienced staff regarding adult sport conditioning. No matter what your chosen sport, we can put you on the playing surface, healthier, stronger, and more pain free than any other facility.

Senior Strength Classes:
As we age, we lose muscle, flexibility, balance and coordination. Ultimately this can lead to a lesser quality of life due to limited mobility and independence. Our senior-specific sessions are designed to gently and safely strengthen the older body without stressing joints or causing injury or exacerbating pre-existing conditions.

Weight Loss:
A huge concern for all of us, or at least it should be. We are not bashful about the problems, nor the honest solutions to obesity, weight loss, low energy, or  the overall feeling of low energy. Again with over 50 years of collective experience, you will not provide us with a situation that we have not run into before. And,  if for some reason we do not have all the answers for your particular needs, we can refer you to the people who just might! If you are obese or in a deconditioned state, you need to call us ASAP! Every day you don't is another day you can't get back.

Kids After School Classes:
Along with the adults, the young children today are extremely deconditioned and along with maintaining poor nutrition, they have fallen into the abyss of no, or low energy.  If your Child is not enrolled in a sports program on a year-round basis, then, they need some formal movement right now, in order to give them a fighting chance against Childhood Obesity. They are Not going to, and are Not capable of doing this on their own. They need a seasoned trainer to help get them off the couch and back into reaping the benefits of being young and youthful. We consider childhood obesity to be the biggest problem facing the youth of this country, and it is not something we take lightly. Act Now! We can Help!
